Useful Information
Dress Code
Smart/formal attire. No trainers. Ladies — go bright and floral, the more colourful the better! No White/Cream or Ivory dresses. Gentlemen — suits or morning wear.
Please note that stiletto heels are not recommended on the lawn and grounds.
Child-Free Wedding
We have opted to have a child-free wedding. If you have little ones, please arrange a babysitter and give yourselves a well-deserved day off — you've earned it!
Drinks & Bar
Complimentary drinks — wine, beers, Pimm's and soft drinks — are provided during the reception. Wine and orange juice will be available on tables during the wedding breakfast.
From 6:30 pm, the bar operates on a pay-as-you-go basis (venue policy).
Evening Food
Bacon and sausage baps will be available in the evening — please note this is not a full buffet. If you have a big appetite, we'd recommend eating beforehand!
Confetti
Confetti will be provided on the day — please do not bring your own. Layer Marney Tower permits natural petal confetti only.
Gifts
We understand times are hard with the cost of living these days, so there is absolutely no pressure to bring a gift — your presence on our special day is what we want most.
However, if you are in a position to do so and would like to give a gift, we'd prefer cash to put towards our honeymoon.
Transport & Accommodation
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the venue, and their own accommodation. There are no organised buses or group arrangements.

The Irish Goodbye 👋
At the end of the night, please feel free to do an Irish goodbye — that is, slip away without seeking us out to say farewell.
We love you all, but queues of goodbyes tend to pull us off the dancefloor! Our DJ will remind everyone on the night.
